DC Metro crash story - and how it relates to BART

Scariest thing in this article is the second paragraph, that if true (it came from an anonymous source) means that the parts being used on trains could be in any kind of condition and the real reason for trains running with fewer cars could be that they just can't find replacement parts.

Uh - President Obama, could we have some redevelopment money? Please?

I just checked and the story comes up with a "Story not Found" message. So I guess the last e-mail to fanfic administrators with the comparison as well as any messages from you readers out there got it done.

Edit - it looks like she reposted as a new story as of May 1. She has reduced the part where my work was into more generalized description, so my work is gone, but the idea of the new players still stays. I'm okay with that as long as my specific dialog and descriptions are gone. All, Lauren who is a fan and reads my work on Fanfic.net informed me that chapter 1 of Legends and Heroes has been stolen. I've e-mailed the abuse mailbox at the site and informed them of the issue. Please feel free to review yourselves:

The story is Power Rangers Dino Thunder Remixed by BelaRosa17. After reviewing BelaRosa17's story starting at the end of chapter 5 through the end of chapter 6 (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4978435/5/Power_Rangers_Dino_Thunder_Remixed and http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4978435/6/Power_Rangers_Dino_Thunder_Remixed) and looking at it next to my story at chapter 1 (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3129006/1/Legends_and_Heroes) starting at about paragraph 15 the similarities and wording are either exact or very close with the same ideas. I have asked Fanfic.net to take action on my behalf and will not be directly addressing the author about this, prefering they do so on my behalf.

Saw this last night and laughed harder than I have in a while and was sort of weepy at  the end. While it's very true to it's name, if you can get past the simulated sex and male and female nudity, it's funny and sweet and a better movie than people gave it credit for and I feel bad I didn't see it in the theatre and give Kevin Smith my money then. I have to see the part again after the end credits as I didn't get to see the awards the movies they made had won.

I've updated Whole New World today on Fanficnet and the PRIU2 group. I will hold off on the update to my webpage.

Per my message in the chapter 3a, I've been dealing with some personal issues since December/January and have not been focusing on writing. I hope that come May things will be different and I will be more focused to address it, but until then, I'll try to post pieces when I get them done, rather than hold them to my standard chapter lengths.
